UVERCON is unfilled pattern wax with excellent dimensional reproducibility. UVERCON can be injected in Paste condition as well as in liquid condition. This wax is suitable for all kind of Wax Patterns. Delicate as well as heavy and critical wax patterns can be injected with this wax successfully. Improved flow of the wax makes it very specific for surface finish and superior wax pattern quality.
Optimum Operating Temperature And Pressure Conditions
- Injection Temperature for paste condition: 50 o C to 55 º C
- Injection Temperature for liquid condition: 66º C to 68º C
- Injection Temperature for Semi liquid condition: 60º C to 63º C

FVERCON-30 is a Filled Pattern Wax with excellent dimensional reproducibility. FVERCON-30 can be injected in Paste conditions and semi liquid conditions. This wax is suitable for all kind of Wax Patterns. Delicate as well as heavy and critical wax patterns can be injected with this wax successfully. Improved flow of the wax makes it very specific for surface finish and superior wax pattern quality. Minimum shrinkage enables increased productivity. Due to minimum thermal expansion, the mold strength improves.
