SOLVAX is Soluble Wax for making water soluble cores to be used in Wax Patterns. This wax can produce cores with excellent dimensional reproducibility. SOLVAX can be injected in Paste condition. This wax is suitable for all kind of Soluble Cores. Delicate as well as heavy and critical cores can be injected and decorated easily with this wax successfully. Improved leaching ability of this wax makes it very specific for improved productivity and quality.
Optimum Operating Temperature And Pressure Conditions
Injection Temperature for paste condition: 50 o C to 55 º C

STICKYVAX is a soldering wax used in soldering the wax pattern to the runner system to make the Wax Pattern Assemblies. Due to good sticking and adhesive properties of the wax, it makes proper bonding in between the wax pattern and the wax runner. This wax reduces the soldering time in wax soldering and avoids undercuts.

CUREVAX is a wax used in repairing the surface defects of the Wax Patterns. Those wax patterns which are rejected due to the surface defects like Flow Lines, sink and others. This is a cream type wax which can be applied in small amount on the defected area of the wax pattern. By smoothing this wax on the area the defected area should be covered.
