Product advantage

Why foundries choose it

Consistent thermal, mechanical and rheological properties
Highest surface finish quality
Less shrinkage and cavitation
Low ash residue on burnout
Excellent dewax
KEY BENEFIT

Recycle and reconstitute every cycle

Unfilled wax dewaxes cleanly and can be recycled after every dewax, so shells crack less and wax cost falls.

Recycle it in-houseRemove moisture at 120 °C, settle for 12–24 hours, filter to ash below 0.05%, then add 25–50% virgin wax for patterns.Read the full method →

Recommended use

Getting the best from it

Your engineer will confirm settings for your grade and dies.

01

Automatic tooling

Use fully automatic wax injection tooling for consistency and accuracy.

02

Paste or gel

Inject at super paste or gel condition, at the lowest workable wax temperature.

03

Cool the dies

Provide uniform die cooling between 20 and 22 °C.

04

Control the rooms

Keep wax and shell rooms at 20–25 °C, with trained operators.

Trial this wax on your parts

Send a drawing or describe the part. We will suggest a grade and arrange a sample.
