Ship your used autoclave wax to our Chincholi plant.

Moisture removed
Heated with slow, steady stirring until water from autoclave dewaxing is fully driven out.

Settled & filtered
Held at temperature without disturbance so filler and impurities settle, then filtered and centrifuged.

Tested
Ash content, thermal and physical properties checked in our lab. Target ash below 0.05%.

Restored & returned
Properties adjusted with virgin materials and returned ready to use as pattern or runner wax.
Reuse most of your wax, every cycle
In our SHINECAST recycling method, refurbished wax goes back into runners and patterns. With about 30% casting yield and 50% fresh wax in patterns, fresh wax per cycle is only 10 to 15% of the total.
